Nourishing Meals

What follows is this year's menu, as well as recipes from a number of conferences. All meals are prepared following our guidelines. All proteins, fats, sweeteners, ferments, grains and beverages follow our guidelines. Many of the plant foods are organic. We get animal products from pasture-based farms. Some of the vegetables may not be organic since some of them are sourced by the hotel - these are typically the salads.
